There are numerous projects under this development and they include Deira Boulevard which will have Deira Mall encircled by the 16-tower Deira Islands Towers community, encompassing over 2,500 apartments and townhouses will be developed as four different clusters. The towers will be constructed on four podium retail developments and 670,000 sq ft of leasable space. Imperative to the Deira Islands Towers project is Deira Islands Boulevard which is a 400,000 sq ft walk able shopping, dining and promenade linking the residences, mall and parks that consist of the development. The Boulevard will facilitate 120 outlets.
Dragon City Towers, Dragon Mart –existing largest Chinese trading nucleus other than the mainland China – is to be modified into a massive retail, residential and leisure destination, called Dragon City. There will be with an addition of 6.5 million sq ft extension. The integral of the extension is a 300,000 sq ft courtyard which will have an extensive green landscaping and a retractable glass roof for year-round shopping and dining. The new extension will contribute to seven million sq ft expansion for Ibn Battuta to more than seven million sq ft. Al Khail Mall project which will be located at the intersection of that The Mohammed Bin Zayed-Al Khail Road will be spread on an area of 1.25 million square feet.
